Description

Cool climate Nebbiolo, exhibits morello cherry, red currant, cranberry. Medium weight on the palate with developing earthy notes, tobacco and some sweet cinnamon. Superb tannin structure to the finish gives this wine the ability to enhance your culinary experience with dishes such as truffled spaghetti through to weighty meat dishes. Best decantered a couple of hours prior to pouring. The 2021 will continue to develop into the 2030's Less than 1100 bottles were harvested from our 1800 vines in mid May.
